End of Year Item Pick-up and Drop-off
Collecting Locker Items & Returning Items to Still Middle School
Wednesday, May 20th & Thursday, May 21st
Families will be able to come to campus to pick-up belongings that were left at school at an assigned date and time according to the schedule below. This will also be the time to return district textbooks, LMC books, Chromebooks in need of repair, and other district property. Working Chromebooks will not be collected from students who are returning next year. Any student leaving the district should return their Chromebook along with any other district property.
Staff members have cleaned out hallway lockers and athletic lockers and placed the contents in a labeled bag. All items in classrooms such as artwork, journals, etc. will be returned to students in the Fall. The bag will be brought to your car at the predetermined time listed below by LAST Name:
•May 20th 8 am-11 am: A-F
•May 20th noon-3 pm: G-L
•May 21st 8 am-11 am: M-R
•May 21st noon-3 pm: S-Z
Items not picked up by May 29 will be donated.
Our process for returning items to your child and accepting materials from your family, is built on practicing social distancing and ensuring a controlled process for all. Therefore, we are asking the following of you:
PLEASE read and follow the guidance below as it will make the process much smoother for everyone!!
•Name Placard: Place the name placard (sent in a separate email) in your passenger side dash or your passenger rear window. If you are unable to print, please write the Last Name, First Name # on a piece of paper in Large Print for staff to easily read. The name and number will be used to assist us in locating your child’s materials quickly.
•Dropping off textbooks, library books, classroom books, and music instruments: All items being returned are placed in a trash bag that is not fully sealed.
The trash bag should be placed in the vehicle in one of the following places:
•PREFERRED LOCATION: Trunk: if your vehicle allows for the driver to open the trunk from inside the vehicle. After the driver opens the vehicle from the inside, District 204 staff will remove the trash bag.
•Passenger seat: The driver will be able to roll down the window and the District 204 staff member will remove the garbage bag.
•Picking up hallway and PE locker materials and music instruments: District 204 staff members will place the bag(s)/instrument into your vehicle. If your vehicle’s trunk opens from the inside, District 204 staff would prefer to place bag(s)/instrument in the trunk. If not, they will place the bag(s)/instrument in the car using the window.
•Picking up medicine◦â€”District 204 staff will exchange medicine with parents only. Those parents picking up medicine will be directed to turn into the Bus Parking lot from Meadowridge Dr. after completing the initial process in the front of the building. Please have a picture ID. Any medicine not picked up at this time, will be available when we return to school in the fall.

Important!!! Cars will line up on Meadowridge Dr. and turn RIGHT into the Still MS Lot. Cars will NOT be able to enter from Teasel or turn left from Meadowridge Drive.
